Loris Gréaud: LADI ROGEURS SIR LOUDRAGE GLORIUS READ

‘Loris Gréaud’s oeuvre comes before us as a fiction. It is a sequence of projects, installations, objects, music and performances that extends over more than fifteen years and of which each new presentation is a further chapter. Like the pieces of a hologram, each fragment contains the whole. The ensemble constituted by the projects, pieces and objects that Gréaud has already realised – and probably those to come too – are contained one within another. His oeuvre is a life-work, but not that of the artist’s life – a possessive that makes no sense in his output. It is the life that he observes, reproduces and replays in his interventions.’
